Education

Mr. Orrock attended University of LaVerne School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1977.  Mr. Orrock’s post- graduate studies in aircraft accident reconstruction were at the Rutgers University in 1967.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts in rhetoric and public address from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1965.

Mr. Orrock has been employed with the Law Firm of Bell, Orrock & Watase since 1984 as a general partner and shareholder.  He previously worked as an associate attorney since 1977 for such Law Firms as Thompson & Colegate and Reid, Babbage & Coil.

Mr. Orrock has tried over 70 jury cases to verdict in areas including roadway design, inverse condemnation, premise liability, wrongful termination, vehicle accidents and general tort litigation.  Significant government entity cases Mr. Orrock has tried to verdict include:

Military

Mr. Orrock was commissioned to serve in the United States Army in 1965.  He retired in 1990 as a Colonel.
